Working in some of the worlds most complex organisations including The Bank of England, Astrazeneca, WPP and finding the things nobody had thought to look for. The processes that look functional until they aren't. The assumption everyone follows but nobody has verified. The system that was never built to scale because nobody was responsible for it.
